We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, view report cards, and more! This quick tutorial video outlines the basics of using the new portal.

 

Client Login


EXISTING CUSTOMERS: If you are already a customer, we may have  created the profile on your behalf: You would choose the option to sign in with your email address or phone number you provided to Dog Gone Smart, click 'continue logging in', you will then be prompted to create your own unique password for future logins. If you are logging in for the first time,  select Reset Password?
You will then be prompted to input your email or phone number attached to your account. When you select Send Reset Link you will receive an email or text with the password reset link. As soon as you create your password you will automatically be logged into the Customer Portal! Don't forget to add a pic of your pup!



 

 

NEW CUSTOMERS: If you are a new client or have not been to Dog Gone Smart in awhile, you do not yet have a customer profile. You can create one from this page by choosing the "Sign up". Proceed by entering your email address and a new password, then hit the “Sign Up” button. You’ll then be redirected to a registration form, and after filling that out, you are now set with the new software! If you have been here before and our system has your email or phone number on file, it may not let you continue. You will need to follow the instructions listed above. This will bring you to the required forms to fill out for the owner and pet profiles as well as allow you to set your password.

 


 

Helpful Hints

How to: Reset your customer profile password
Navigate to the Customer Portal page» Forgot Password » Continue.
Check the email address associated with your account for the password reset link.
From there you will click the "set password" option.

Once reset you can then log into the customer portal with your new password.

 

Login at our website (or bookmark the link) or via the mobile app to manage your pet's profile, book services with ease, communicate with staff, follow along with your pets activities, view invoices and more!  

Download the 'Gingr for Pet Parents' mobile app
You can also now easily manage your account, submit booking requests, and more while on the go using the mobile app! Simply search for "Gingr for Pet Parents" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You can find it here for iPhone users, or here for Android users, and you’ll enter the invite code "964952” to find our facility."More details on accessing the mobile app are available here.
